Our current turnaround time is 1-2 weeks as each sign is handmade. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days for shipping.

Do you do custom signs or can I change the wording or colors of an existing design?

Yes, we love working with customers and creating custom signs for your home! Each sign can be completely customized to your family values, favorite scriptures, inspirational quotes, or unique phrases. Fonts and colors of existing signs in our shop can be changed to match your style or home. To order a custom sign, please go to the “Contact” section of our site.

What materials are used in making our signs?

Our signs are 100% wood and are handcrafted with love out of the best materials possible to offer you an heirloom to last lifetimes. We craft our signs using cabinet grade birch and pine.  Frames are nailed instead of stapled for maximum durability.

Can I cancel or refund my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can cancel your order up to 5 days after purchase of a stock sign, as we start on our signs as soon as they are ordered. If you have ordered a custom sign, we will not be able to refund your money.
